Options and proceeding
This site describes the different types of licensing and the way of ordering.
Licensing
At the moment, there ar 3 different types of licensing you can choose from:
• Single license
Single licenses are bound to a single computer. They are not transferable to other computers /persons. After acquiring a single license you can choose from
different kinds of licensing:
• Binding to computer name - the license is bound to the computer name.
• Binding to the MAC-Address of the Computers - Distinct address of network interface card
(if you should not know this data, in our customer center we provide a tool that can find out these informations for you after you have sent your order. )
• Domain license
The domain license is determined for networks. With this type of licensing the software is bound to the name of your domain. Depending on the amount of ordered licenses you can license the software to your computers.
• Administrator license
Administrator licenses are only available for Lxtools after consultingTechit. The Software is licensed tp a person and can be used by this person on every hardware. At every time the program is executed there will be a popup with the license-agreement.
Purchase order processing
The GTB and license agreements of the techit-GmbH apply to every order. With your confirmation of the order or the download or use of the software you assume this agreement.
By clicking the links of order you are forwarded to our partner Share-it. Share-it takes over the purchase order processing for orders worldwide. There you will be guided through the process of ordering.
When your payment is confirmed by Share-it (If the payment is by credit card within about 5 minutes) you will receive an email from us with the details of your order an a personal login code for the customer center of this site.
If you have logged in with this access code here on www.itxtools.com, you can directly administrate and assign your licenses in the customer center.
If you have purchased several licenses or you will later buy additional licenses they will be automatically added to your customer account. We will use your email-address as a distinct customer address.
The whole processing is controlled automatically, so the process from the order to the assignment of the license will only take a few minutes!
Licensing / Assignment
After you have received your access code for the login, you can assign your licenses in the customer center. There is a overview of all licenses you have purchased.
By choosing a license you can assign it, depending on the type of licensing. You will immediately receive an email with a "Licensing.reg"-file which you should execute on your computer.This will assign your license. Another way is to choose the license in the customer center again and to download/install the license directly.
